Become a Nimbus Code Mentor
Nimbus Code is looking for experienced developers who are passionate about education and mentoring the next generation of coders. As a mentor, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Share your knowledge and experience with motivated learners
- Help shape the curriculum and learning pathways
- Contribute to an inclusive and supportive coding community
- Build your leadership and communication skills
- Network with other professionals in the industry
Mentor Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience
- Strong knowledge in at least one programming language or technology
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Commitment to mentor at least 4 hours per month
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others learn
